Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect emails from one e-mail box to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your email box accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mails according to certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mail account you would like to forward mail messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
